How to Register for Rock Climbs:
To register for a rock class, just print out this page, fill out the form above, and return it to Hangdog Mountaineering.
You may either fax it to us, or mail it. Spaces are limited, so you may not want to "think about it" for too long! When you do
sign up, please remember to print the map which shows how to get to Camp Doris. That is where we will meet in the mornings.
Places in the class are limited, so we cannot sign you up for a course if you don't pay in advance. We accept checks, Visa,
Mastercard and American Express. When you sign up, we will either mail you a confirmation letter, or call you to let you know
that you are signed up for the class. Late sign-ups are also welcomed as long as there is space but you will need to call us to confirm
late reservations. Checks are not deposited until one week before the class date, and you may cancel any time before then. Please
feel free to call us at (817) 483-0663 if you have any questions about the courses, or course availability. All refuge
climbers should plan on camping at the Camp Doris camping area, or you may stay at a local hotel. If you camp at the refuge,
the camping fee is 6.00 per site. All participants will meet the guides at the front gate to Camp Doris Saturday morning at 7:30 am.
If you are staying in a hotel, then please make sure that you are at the front gate to Doris campground at 7:30am. Late comers will
need to check the Camp Doris message board for notes describing where to meet the group.
If you want to join us on a Mineral Wells trip, then the guides will meet you at the climbing area at 8:00am on Saturday. It is a small
location so it should be easy to find us! Just make sure that you sign up in advance!!
