Welcome to the Dallas Trekkers' award winning Web site. We have a great year planned for 2002 with walks scheduled at the Dallas Nature Center, Lake Grapevine, Richardson and on the new KATY Trail in Dallas. For those of you who missed the four 5K walks along the DART line on April 14 and the wonderful walk in the Dallas Underground on July 13, we have great news... These walks will return in 2002. |

The Dallas Trekkers also run nine permanent walking trails in the Dallas area and in Shreveport, Louisiana and one permanent bike route around White Rock Lake in Dallas. Flyers for our events are available at REI on I-635 near Midway in Dallas and at all volkssport events in north Texas. Plan to join with the Trekkers and experience the joys of walking around our great state of Texas, the United States and over 30 countries around the world that are part of our great sport.
