IV. B, yes, immediately. This is where Rule 9.5 comes into effect. Rule 9.5 only applies when movement is being made beyond a block signal requiring a train to be prepared to stop before passing the next signal.

V. B, No, this yard job does not need a Track Warrant, they have become part of the train they are assisting.
