This 42 y/o hispanic male presented to the emergency room with acute alcohol intoxication and possible seizure. Selected images from his head CT scan shown above demonstrate multiple low attenuation lesions, many with mural nodules, and multiple calcifications consistent with active and chronic cysticercosis.
