This 37 y/o male was referred for testicular ultrasound during his workup for infertility. Selected images of the left testis shown above demonstrate a heterogeneously hypoechoic intratesticular lesion consistent with a tumor in the lower pole of the left testis with a small hydrocele also visible. A seminoma was diagnosed at surgery.
