This 8y 10m old male was referred for MRI for evaluation of chronic headache and possible visual disturbance. There is an obvious mass involving the sella and suprasellar region. The mass shows intense enhancement after gadolinium, has somewhat heterogenous signal and demonstrates a cystic component. The appearance is compatible with a craniopharyngioma which was confirmed at surgery.
