This 85 y/o male was evaluated for hematuria with an intravenous pyelogram, a CT was subsequently performed. Selected images are shown above. The patient was afebrile, WBC count normal, PPD non reactive and a bone scan negative. Percutaneous biopsy was performed and established the diagnosis of a solitary plasmacytoma.
