This 25 y/o male with a history of chronic sinusitis and nasal congestion was referred for MRI. Selected T1 and T2 weighted saggital images shown above demonstrate findings consistent with a choanal polyp prolapsing into the nasopharynx. Other images (not shown) demonstrated maxillary sinus disease consistent with the origin site of this antral-choanal polyp.
