This 82 y/o female with a left thigh lesion was referred for MRI. Selected images above demonstrate a benign intramedullary bone lesion consistent with a medullary bone infarct and a mass posterior ot the femur encasing the popliteal artery and vein consistent with a sarcoma or lymphoma. Biopsy and pathology revealed a large cell lymphoma with a B-cell phenotype .
