This 70 y/o male presented with abdominal pain. Selected images from his abdominal CT shown above demonstrate a focal mass with surrounding spiculation in a "spoke-wheel" fashion and subtle calcifications. The appearance is compatible with a midgut carcinoid. The diagnosis was confirmed by CT guided needle biopsy.
