This 14 y/o male with an abnormal chest X-ray was referred for Chest CT. An obvious, predominantly left sided, mediastinal mass was apparent. Biopsy yielded Hodgkin's lymphoma. Subsequent workup revealed that the disease was confined to the mediastinum.
