About the band...
King's X is a Power trio from Katy, Texas.
Being the most talked about & loved band by the majority of todays musicians, & six masterpiece albums under it's belt...it's puzzling why only the mighty X's imitators are the ones who achieve commercial success.
King's X have yet to achieve that success, which they deserve!!!!!
Their sound is almost impossible to explain, that is why I won't.
If you like real, honest, music...you will love King's X.
They're Great!!!!!

Doug Pinnick's side project!
Another band that claims King's X as a major influence is...Also Broken.
A Texas band somewhat related to King's X is Tellus.
Their CD was produced by Alan Doss {Galactic Cowboys' Drummer}.
Another ex-Wilde Silas band worth checking out is Atomic Opera. {Sorry, no page.}
The Sonnier Brothers Band {Dane,ex-G.C. guitarist & his brother Len.} is also worth checking out...once it comes out. I'll check with Sam Taylor & let you know.
A band that Doug Pinnick produced, Therefore I Am, is another great band related to King's X. They opened for them here in Dallas in '94. Great Band.
