THE PLAN OF SALVATION

Welcome to the page of Salvation!  Do you ever feel like there is no hope for you?  If you do then we have some information for you!  There is always hope in Jesus Christ!  He died on the cross for our sins so we didn't have to.  He shed His own blood for us.  The only thing you have to do is trust Him!

Step 1- God's desire is to give you hope.
God has the power to save you from hopelessness.
Romans 1:16
God created you for a purpose that includes a life filled with joy, peace and hope!
"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."
Romans 15:13

Step 2- Sin robs you of this life of hope!
All have sinned.
Romans 3:23
(To sin means to miss the mark of what God desires for our lives.)
Sin leads to death (separation from God-hopelessness).
"For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."  Romans 6:23

Step 3- JESUS CARES FOR YOU!
God demonstrates His love for us in this: "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
Romans 5:8

Step 4- We receive hope through PERSONAL COMMITMENT
To receive and experience God's forgiveness and a new life filled with hope, you must:

  • REPENT and follow God's new direction for your life.
  • BELIEVE  Jesus died for our sins and rose from the dead.
  • CONFESS Jesus as the Lord over your life.
  • ASK Him to forgive your sins and give  you eternal life.

  • "If you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him for the dead, you will be saved."
    Romans 10:9
    ARE YOU WILLING?

    Step 5- It's your choice.
You must decide for yourself if you are willing to turn from your sins and ask Jesus into your heart.
If you decide to accept Christ then here is a prayer you can pray:
Jesus, I believe You are the son of God, died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead.  I turn from my sins and invite You to become Savior and Lord of my life.  Amen
