EXTRACTION INSTRUCTIONS

Make a directory, place book.zip and pkunzip.exe into it.
From DOS prompt, type cd [directory name]; at the prompt, type pkunzip;
at the pkunzip prompt, type pkunzip -s[password, which must be obtained directly from me] [drive]:\[directory]\book.zip
