Emergency Medical Vehicles place a premium on available storage space. With the manufacturer's already strict quality control guidelines of acceptance, designing an Evaporator for The Comfort Zone presented some very unique challenges. First it had to be compact and small enough not to compromise the available storage space. And secondly, it had to be absolutely efficient in its ability to maintain and regulate environmental temperatures, especially under very difficult and sometimes extreme climates. These two design features are nothing short of excellent. |

Created under the same quality control guidelines as
The Evaporator, the condenser is designed to perform at
its most efficient levels when placed in extremely
difficult circumstances. Because of the installation
location under the vehicle, it is housed in a strong and
durable steel shroud capable of withstanding a tremendous
amount of abuse from rocks, sticks, mud and other forms
of road debris. One of the unique features of The Comfort Zone's design is the accessability of each component for the purposes of servicing, repairing, or replacing parts. Three of the four major components can easily be serviced while mounted on the vehicle. And the 134a refrigerant never has to be discharged. |

Deliberate and careful consideration was taken when
evaluating the different types of compressors available
to power The Comfort Zone. After months of testing the
Copeland 3/4 HP, hermetically-sealed ext. rated freezer
compressor was selected. Just as The Command Center is the brain behind the braun, the Compressor is without a doubt the catalyst which unites each individual component and transforms The Comfort Zone into the finest, most efficient and reliable 110v/30 amp Mobile Air-Conditioning and Heating System for Emergency Medical Vehicles on the market today and in the future. |
