ORDERING INFORMATION

GENERAL:
A) Various sizes of each variety pictured are available. When ordering, please refer to corresponding catalog number for specific size desired. Catalog photos are of the actual plants we sell, although slight variations should be expected. Most all of the plants can be shaped to achieve the desired effect.
B) Also, please indicate whether you prefer POTTED or BARE STEM.
C) DISCOUNTING is available for assorted tree purchases of quantities of 12 or more and again for quantities of 36 or more at one time. Other discounts are available.

POTTING IN PLASTER: Plants and vines are shipped bare stem, flat and unshaped unless specified or chosen from three available variations; 1)Plants up to 3ft. potted in plaster ADD $7.50 each; 2) Over 3ft. to 4.5 ' potted in plaster ADD $10.50 each; 3) Over 4.5 ' to 7 ' ADD $17.50 each; 4) Over 7 ' ADD $30.00 each (must be shipped by truck).
Large Quantity orders will be quoted by phone or email before order is processed.
PLANTERS and GROUND COVER (moss): Containers can be shipped separately, if ground cover is desired ADD $15.50 for 4 lbs and $1.50 for a single bag.

DELIVERY: Trees and plants that must ship via truck and are potted in paper mache average 35lbs and are shipped freight invoiced unless otherwise specified. Natural wood trunk trees are shipped in specially designed cartons for protection against damage. Wooden crates are necessary for trees 9 ' and larger and an additional charge may apply.


RETURNS: Returns are accepted only by prior authorization by e-mail to Foliage World (foliage@MallForYou.com ), or phone at 888-753-8031. Requests must be make within 7 days of receipt of shipment. PLEASE inspect merchandise before signing bill of lading. Claims for damaged goods are the responsibility of the carrier and must be noted before signing the delivery receipt. Please notify us of damage if you need assistance. You will be responsible for shipping costs back to the manufacturer and a 20 percent restocking fee on merchandise and original shipping will not be refunded if you choose to return the items. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no charge. Returns without proper notification will not be credited. Minimum orders (without shipping) are $150.00. Custom made TREES are NOT refundable. Custom made trees normally start with the prefix W in the item number. Example: W-777 . Please inquire if you are not sure at the time of order.
