For over a decade, we have been committed to understanding, conceptualizing, creating, and applying performance related theories, standards, and techniques. Through our close working relationship with the Human Performance Institute at the University of Texas at Arlington, these efforts have not only produced the BEP Human Performance Capacity Measurement System (check out our products pages) but also numerous journal articles, book chapters, conference presentations, dissertations, theses, and funded research projects. Our expertise in performance analysis has proven time and time again to open new doors and spread new light on many issues related to performance (regarding humans, machines, or the interaction of the two). Now, we are making this wealth of experience available to those that have, or intend to use, Human Performance Measurement, Inc. products as well as anyone with performance-related data collection/analysis needs.
Defining,
measuring, and analyzing
performance variables requires a different perspective, one based
on established performance theories. Determining the appropriate
variables, crunching the numbers, and reaching a final outcome
can be tricky and traditional techniques often don't reveal the
whole story. In fact, important information can often be masked.
If you are at a dead end with your data or simply want to extract
from it the most meaning possible, we can help.
