A "How To" Workshop on the Craft of Consulting

This workshop is designed for both the experienced consultant and the "accidental consultant" who has been thrust into the consulting role by organizational needs. Our design puts into usable form the "tricks of the trade" we have learned over the past twenty-five years as both internal and external Organization Development consultants and trainers.
