PAYMENT- All orders must be prepaid in full at the time the order is placed.  No orders will be processed until payment is received. Payment can be tendered by check, company check, or money order in U.S. Funds only. There is a $30 fee for any check returned and a hold will be placed on the order until payment in full + fees  is made and funds have cleared.

REFUNDS- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We will exchange defective merchandise for a new item, provided the item/or items are returned to Façades Fx Makeup Lab within SEVEN (7) working days of receiving the order and Façades Fx Makeup Lab has been notified in writing of the defect. No return shipping is guaranteed, and customer must ship item at his/her own expense.

SHIPPING- All orders are shipped either UPS or U.S. Priority mail, unless otherwise requested by customer. Orders will ship approximately 6-8 weeks after payment in received and funds are made available, depending upon the order quantities and specifications. Shipping charges are added to the total amount of the order and are prepaid along with the content of the order at the time of purchase.
