My first patchbay was a Teac PB-32. This is a picture of my first studio in 1975 located in the back room of my mother's house complete with A Teac Model 3 Mixer, a LA-3A limiter, Teac 80-8 with DBX and one without DBX. Plus that looks like a Teac 2200 Spring Reverb with it's own ten-band graphic! ...and yes, that is a B & O turntable.
