·         Manage server backups and restores using Cheyenne’s Arcserve software.

·         Engineered a scripted install of Adobe Acrobat 4.0, NT Service Pack 4, seven NT hot fix’s, Office Service Release 2, and Internet Explorer 4.0 SP2 that was used to update 3000+ NT 4.0 Workstations for compliance in the year 2000.

·         Rolled out open file agents for NT, Oracle, SQL, Sybase, and Exchange to production servers to enable 100% backup of data and ensure reliable restores of servers.
