Call for Volunteers to Investigate Access Barriers at Oklahoma State Parks
Oklahoma Disability Law Center (ODLC) requests your assistance with identifying barriers at state parks and recreation facilities throughout Oklahoma. If you plan to visit a state park or recreation center, ODLC would like you to survey the level of accessibility at such location. Below is ODLC's State Park/Recreation Facility Access Survey form.
This survey is also available in alternative formats such as braille and large font. Please contact Kayla Bower to obtain a survey in an alternative format.
The survey form lists park and recreation center features and includes space to indicate the level of accessibility of such features. Please complete the survey form below. Please also distribute this notice to other people with disabilities and other listserves. ODLC needs as much information as possible about the accessibility of Oklahoma State Parks and Recreation facilities. Thank you for your help.
If your browser does not support forms, please contact Kayla Bower for other options.
