The most commonly recommended cookbook for baby food is Vicki Lansky's "Feed Me, I'm Yours". I cannot recommend this book. It barely mentions the fact that many foods are not recommended for infants, due to their allergenicity, and gives recipes that are unsafe for infants without adequate warnings about the intended target age.
Another book, whose authors I've forgotten (I really ought to look it up again, has a title something like "Meals that Heal". It's an excellent source, the best I've seen published. I found it at our local public library.
