Our main objective is to make every reasonable effort to provide a property
owner with a quality resident. In rental property, a quality resident is
someone who will meet their rental payments when due, and will maintain
a property to the extent of not abusing it through intent or neglect.

While some residents will maintain a home as an owner would,
there are those who do not feel the pride of ownership, and merely do the
bare minimum to maintain a home. Through our qualification of a resident,
we try to eliminate the proven problem resident, and hopefully improve the
percentage to the owner's favor. |
