Enter the password screen and enter the following six letter passwords.

The originall author was unsure as to whether "LAVA" is the correct password for level 5. You can now select which level you wish to begin on.
On the password screen type the word "EDLERx" for the password where x is a value between 1 and 6. You should now be able to skip levels.
