Let the demo start, then press and hold down '2', '4', 'Y', the 'Left' cursor key and '7' on the numeric keypad for infinite lives. Also if you hold down 'A', 'T', '.', '4', and 'Enter' on the numeric keypad, 'F1' - 'F5' will change the level.
