We will require full, advanced payment for your purchase (no COD shipments). A $10 per unit packaging and handling fee also applies ($5 for P1xs), plus shipping and insurance fees for whatever type of shipping you choose. Texas residents outside Austin must also pay a state's sales and use tax of 7.25% on the amount of their purchase. Austin residents must pay 8.25%, which includes both their state and local sales tax rates.

If, after 48 hours, you decide to return the equipment, you may do so after calling to inform us of the return. Provided that it is returned in perfect condition, a full refund (minus the shipping and handling fees) will be issued for the equipment. We want you to feel completely comfortable ordering your Collier equipment this way.
The Warranty included with every Collier Equalizer reads as follows:
Your Collier Equalizer is, for a period of one year from the date it was purchased, warranted against any original defects in its structure and performance, and against its development of such defects arisen from its normal use.
If, due solely to its normal treatment and use, your Collier Equalizer fails to work properly within the designated 365-day warranty period, you may return it with your original receipt showing the purchaser name and date, to

The original serial number must be intact in its original location on the rear of the box for this warranty to be honored.
