For the last nine years I have worked exclusively in the Greater Houston and Fort
Bend County real estate market.
I take the realty profession very
seriously; I'm a full time realtor. It's not a sideline, or something to keep me

locating those 'good deals' that come up from time to time. Generally the 'good
deals' can be found in foreclosures and properties that are on the market due to a
corporate relocation.
I must tell you that not all
foreclosures and 'relo' properties are listed 'under market value'. If this type of
property is your primary focus however, you need to be flexible and ready to act on an
opportunity when it comes available.
I want to emphasize that I will
work hard for you whether you are selling or buying a home. If I represent you as a
seller's agent, we'll complete a thorough market survey of your home to determine the best
possible asking price. I will actively market your home using all of the marketing
and advertising tools I have available to me. Since I am a realtor I will be able to
use both multiple listing and Internet resources to reach the widest possible
audience.
