Take I-80 to El Cererito, take the "Central " exit. Jacuzzi St. runs parallel to I-80.
From Oakland: Go left under the freeway, turn left onto Jacuzzi St.
From Sacramento: Go straight onto Jacuzzi St.
After about 1000 feet, turn right at 5327 Jacuzzi St into a large parking lot. Gym is on the right, to the left of "Mirzcle Auto Paint".
