privately owned waterfront condos all have spectacular views of Lake Travis.
The units are tastefully furnished with full kitchens that include
dinnerware, cookware, and coffee makers... Each unit has washer & dryer,
color television, and telephone. Linens are provided, but renters
must bring towels! Maid service is available
on request. You can lounge in the sun by the pool on
our lakeside deck, or try all the water sports that Lake Travis offers.
With our New Boat Docks you'll enjoy swimming,
fishing, scuba diving, sailing, boating, and water skiing on Texas's most
popular lake. In the evening unwind in a relaxing Jacuzzi or just enjoy

Policies
A security deposit of $300.00 must
be received within 7 days of phone confirmation to guarantee your reservation,
and will be held for 3 days after check out to allow for a thorough inventory

Rental is due in full upon arrival and check in. Personal
checks and cash accepted. No Credit Cards! Cancellations
made less than 30 days in advance are refunded 90% only if the unit can
be re-rented.

Check out
Management will be on property at 11:45 A.M. daily
to inspect units and pick up keys. Rental Guests are not expected to clean,
but all trash should be taken to the dumpster, dishes need to be loaded
in the dishwasher and started, and units should be left in reasonable condition
to receive deposit refund. If you require an early check-out please notify
Donna in advance.
Parking
AUTO'S: One covered space is assigned per unit and are numbered
accordingly. Uncovered parking is available for guests. Parking violators
will be towed away at owners expense!
BOATS and TRAILERS: Boat slips are numbered and assigned with a limit of
one per unit. No boats over 26 ft are permitted in the docks. Personal
water craft can be tied along the shore side of the dock. Do not use the
boat slips for Personal Water Craft. Absolutely no boat trailers
are allowed in the Condo's parking lot!
Trailers may be parked across the street from the Condos in the designated
areas or parking is available at Briarcliff Marina for a nominal fee.
Telephones
Austin is a local call. All telephones are equipped
with Long Distance Prohibitors, a calling card or credit card is required
to place any long distance calls.
